FarmFinder is a directory connecting consumers with Australian farms, farmers markets, and farm stays. We aggregate publicly available information and supplement it with owner-submitted data.

3. Accuracy

Listing information (hours, products, prices) is provided for guidance only. We recommend contacting farms directly to confirm details before visiting.

4. User Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may claim a listing if you own or operate the business it represents.

5. Listing Claims

When you claim a listing, you represent that you have the authority to manage that business's information on FarmFinder. We reserve the right to verify claims and revoke access.

6. Prohibited Use

Don't scrape, spam, impersonate others, or use the site for anything illegal. We reserve the right to remove accounts or listings that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The FarmFinder name, logo, and original content are ours. Listing data belongs to the respective business owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

FarmFinder is provided “as is”. We're not liable for any issues arising from your use of the site or interactions with listed businesses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
