It provides an interactive, immersive farm lifestyle experience across three different Airbnb residences: a Farm House, a Cottage, or a Tennis Court Apartment, all situated on a 60-acre prestigious Arabian horse stud.

The farm is home to rare and majestic Arabian horses and a wide assortment of friendly farm animals. Farm tours are available for both farm stay guests and day visitors, with all ticket money going directly towards supporting the animals. The business also hosts weddings, parties, and functions. It was recognised as the winner of the Business NSW Central Coast Economy Awards for Outstanding Unique Accommodation Experience in 2025 and was a finalist for Outstanding Family Holiday Destination.
