About
Wave Hill Station is a 5000-hectare historic beef cattle property alongside the Clarence River in Northern NSW. The farm stay offers a range of holiday opportunities to independently explore country life, farming, fishing, nature and adventure, with activities including fishing, horse riding, kayaking, 4X4 driving and bushwalking.
Accommodation includes camping, glamping in safari tents, retro lodges, rustic cottages and vintage style abodes. The property is located in a secluded, pristine environment in the foothills adjacent to the Gondwana Rainforests, at the southern gateway to the NSW North Coast. It is approximately 90 minutes from the coastal village of Yamba, and the Clarence River region was featured in the ABC TV series 'Back Roads'. Guests are encouraged to explore the landscape, noting that some accommodation sites are several kilometres from the homestead, mobile reception and main roads.
