The Truffle Discovery Centre in Stanthorpe is a central facility for truffle activities in the Granite Belt region. The centre provides an immersive gourmet experience where visitors can view a display truffiere, learn about truffle growing in Queensland, and see, smell and taste truffle products in an interactive gallery.

Gourmet food tastings include a wide range of truffle-infused items such as oils, honey, salts, mustard, mayo, aioli, salsas, butter, brie and balsamics. The centre's Granite Belt Gourmet range also features jams, chutneys, relishes, sauces and balsamics for tasting. Truffle hunts are available during winter and can be booked online. The site also serves as a training facility for truffle detection dogs through its associated business, Lawdogs Australia.
