Tin Dragon Cottages is an eco-friendly spa retreat on a 36-acre private estate along the Ringarooma River in Branxholm. The retreat is located 75 minutes from Launceston and eight minutes by car from Derby, with the MTB trail to Derby 500 metres away and the Blue Derby mountain bike trails a 10-minute drive.

The property offers five cottages overlooking the river and a Settlers Hut set in native bush. Each accommodation has a private native garden, barbecue area, full kitchen and laundry. Studio cottages feature private outdoor heated spas, while all cottages have cosy gas fires for winter. The business is carbon-negative and emphasises eco-tourism principles.

Guests can enjoy activities including night sky viewing, river picnics, bush trails and interacting with alpacas. The property also offers a wood-fired Tailrace Sauna Experience. Accommodation options include two-bedroom cottages suitable for families or couples, studio cottages for one couple, and the Settlers Hut which accommodates up to four persons.
