The property provides spectacular 360-degree views, accessed via a steep dirt track through natural bushland. The yurt is warm in winter due to a wood heater and cool in summer thanks to its 5cm thick pure wool felt lining. The nearest towns, Benalla and Wangaratta, are 40 kilometres away, and the location is isolated with a small general store and pub 15 minutes' drive away.
