The Rustic Hut Bush Retreat

The Rustic Hut Bush Retreat is owned and operated by Cassandra and Mark. This multi award-winning rustic accommodation is located at the base of the Dial Range, 8km from the seaside town of Penguin. It has received a Tasmanian Tourism Awards silver emblem.

The retreat offers a technology-free environment with no TVs or Wi-Fi in the huts. Guests are encouraged to walk around the farm and venture into the Dial Range to a waterfall. The location is close to Penguin Mountain Bike Park and bushwalks, and is ideal for day trips to Cradle Mountain, Sheffield, and Stanley. Pets are not allowed.

Accommodation includes the Country Hut, sleeping up to four; the Valley View Hut, sleeping up to six; the Farm Hut, sleeping up to four with wheelchair access; and the Mountain View Spa Hut for couples.
