The Rotating House

The Rotating House is a unique luxury home-stay experience located on the banks of the pristine Nowendoc River, a four-hour drive north of Sydney. The octagon-shaped house can turn 360 degrees using two small motors, with guests able to control its direction via a touch screen panel. At 540 square metres, it accommodates up to 14 people across five bedrooms and features an outdoor firepit.

The property is a 40-acre hobby farm with a stud of Santa Gertrudis cattle that roam freely. It offers 850 metres of private river frontage, with the river suitable for swimming from September to May. The grounds provide walking, jogging and mountain bike tracks. The house is pet-friendly with secure fencing for dogs.
