The Dairyman Barossa is a traditional mixed farm located in the Barossa, operating on a scale and with methods that reflect farming practices from at least 50 years ago. The farm produces butter, cream, pork, bacon, ham and veal, all from pasture-raised animals that are treated with respect.

The farm was awarded Producer of the Year at the 2025 Delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards and holds the Barossa Trust Mark. It has also been featured on ABC Landline and in a Tasting Australia video. Products are available at the Barossa and Adelaide farmers markets or can be ordered direct. The property also offers exclusive self-contained farm accommodation set in the foothills of the Barossa Ranges.
