About
Strath Creek Station is a 90-acre camping property located in the valley of a thousand hills, approximately 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne. The property offers direct access to the King Parrot Creek and features large, dispersed camping sites suitable for groups of up to 12 people, tents, camper trailers, caravans, and RVs. A large flat area accommodates any size self-contained caravan, RV, fifth wheelers, or horse goosenecks, and the site is accessible by 2WD vehicles, weather permitting.
Facilities include a large rustic rotunda with BBQs by the creek, and campfires are allowed. The property is dog-friendly with a large secure off-lead dog park, though dogs must be on a lead in camping areas. Guests are encouraged to bring self-contained camping vehicles with greywater tanks, and strict rules prohibit using chemicals or soaps in or around the creek to preserve the waterways. Local organic produce, including fruit, nuts, berries, jams, honey, free-range eggs, and homemade bread, can be pre-ordered and collected upon arrival.
