Ruse Estate Retreat Margaret River

Ruse Estate Retreat is located in the Margaret River wine country, about a three-hour drive south of Perth and 10 minutes outside the township. The 80-acre property includes its own vineyard with 16 acres of grapes, and features rolling parklands, a train carriage on a dam with a jetty, a 'lake' on the Chapman Brook, and natural bushland.

The retreat offers three solar passive modern chalets positioned to maximise views and ensure guest privacy. Each chalet has a fully functioning kitchen and elegant furnishings. The Marri chalet sleeps up to four people with two bedrooms and ensuites, while the Syrah and Meeka chalets are one-bedroom units for up to two adults, both offering north-facing views over vineyards and water.

Ruse Estate is registered with Land for Wildlife (2154), a nature conservation initiative. The property is home to wildlife including Quenda (bandicoot), Phascogales, Ringtail Possums, various reptiles and numerous bird species.
