Running Creek Cottage Farmstay at Running Creek Beef

Running Creek Cottage is a 100-year-old farmhouse located on a 670-acre beef cattle farm, home to Running Creek Beef. The fully self-contained cottage sleeps up to six people and is surrounded by the McPherson Ranges. Guests can relax under the cottage's pergola to watch cattle and horses, or enjoy the mountain-spring water-filled Running Creek for swimming, kayaking, fishing and wildlife spotting.

The cottage features a modern country style and includes a kitchen with a SMEG 6 burner gas cooker, electric oven, and foodie essentials. The lounge room has a wood-fired burner for winter and air-conditioning for summer, while a fire pit is available for roasting marshmallows. Guests can pre-order grass-fed beef from the farm's online shop. Access to the property requires crossing a concrete causeway, which may be affected by flooding.
