Rowlands Creek Camp Area is a 6-acre creek flat property situated at the foothills of Wollumbin Mount Warning and surrounded by the national parks of the Tweed region. The camp area offers three waterholes on Rowlands Creek and has six sites accommodating RVs and tents. Four sites include bathtubs, and facilities include portable toilets and fire pits. Pets are welcome on leash and campfires are permitted within local regulations.
The property is located 5km from the village of Uki and is a short drive from Hell's hole, Unicorn falls, and Mavis Kitchens. Nearby activities include bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah, downhill mountain biking at Uki Mountain Bike Park, and fishing and kayaking on Clarrie Hall Dam. The camp area is 45 minutes from Gold Coast airport. It is hosted by Brodie and has a friendly resident horse named Matilda. The camp was named one of the best Hipcamps to visit in 2025 and has a 98% recommendation rate based on 679 reviews.
