River Flats Estate is a family-owned olive grove in the Broke Fordwich region of the Hunter Valley, enjoyed by the family for over 40 years. The grove consists of 3000 trees, mainly Tuscan varieties, which were planted 25 years ago and were among the first in the Hunter Valley. The mother and daughter still live on-site, producing a range of handmade goods including olives, olive oils, chutneys, relishes, vinegars, jams, local honey, soaps and beauty products.

The estate offers three farm stay accommodation options: Carinya Homestead sleeps 8 with views of the olive trees and dam; Tara Cottage sleeps 6 privately behind the grove; and Roviana Cottage sleeps 10 adjacent to the grove. Guests share the property with farm animals including geese, chickens, pigs, goats, alpacas, guinea fowl and kangaroos. The estate hosts events and workshops and has been featured on Better Homes & Gardens. All handmade products are available at the farm gate shop, online, and at local markets.
