About
Nannup Lavender Farm has been growing lavender since 1999 and is the only lavender farm south of Perth open to visitors. It offers a cafe, gift shop, farm tours, and accommodation. The cafe specialises in Devonshire Tea and country cooking, is licensed, and serves local wine, gin, and beers. The lavender field is in full flower during December and January, when visitors can cut their own lavender and the farm serves seasonal lavender treats like ice cream, soda, and milkshakes.
The farm shop sells handmade lavender products, preserves, home wares, and plants. Accommodation options include the Tranquil Campground, which has toilets, hot showers, a camp kitchen, and a washing machine but sites do not have power. Other stays are 'Millie the Vintage Van', a renovated 1976 Millard van, and a new pet-friendly Lavender Cottage. The private garden is open seasonally for flowers and birds, with entry by donation.
