Mountview Alpaca Farm operates within a vineyard and is open seven days a week from 9am to 4pm, closing only on Good Friday and Christmas Day. The farm is located approximately 10 minutes from Canungra, 45 minutes from Surfer's Paradise, and 25 minutes from Gallery Walk on Mount Tamborine.

It offers various alpaca experiences and hosts an 'Egg Hunt in the Vines' event during the Easter long weekend. The farm provides alpacas for weddings, parties and functions, and can travel up to 1.5 hours from Canungra for these events. It also offers therapy alpacas for aged care facilities, schools, hospitals and NDIS service providers. Visitors can join the 'Paca-Crew' to receive news and discounts.
