About
Mount Little Station is a working sheep and cattle station located 15 minutes from Hawker, owned and operated by Peter and Kellie Zadow. It offers an off-grid experience with various accommodation options including campsites, restored settlers accommodation, hikers cabins and couples retreats, with camping facilities featuring clean hot showers.
The station provides private access to Mayo Gorge, a permanent waterhole with abundant bird and wildlife, and the majestic Elder Range with its hidden valleys and creeks. Activities include 4WD self-drive tracks, exploring settler history, hiking and enjoying nature, with pizza nights held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The station is suitable for bushwalkers, photographers, artists, cyclists, birdwatchers and adventurers seeking to experience the rugged outback of South Australia.
