Miallo Lakehouse Hipcamp

Miallo Lakehouse Hipcamp is a private farm campsite located along a rainforest stream near Mossman. The crystal-clear creek is suitable for swimming and tubing year-round, with shallow areas noted as ideal for children. The five creekside sites are set on lush grass, offer shade and sunny space for solar panels, and provide a quiet, peaceful setting.

Campers must be fully self-contained with their own toilet, as there are no on-site facilities. Well-behaved pets are welcome. The property features horse and cattle paddocks, and the friendly animals often visit the campsites. The location serves as a base for exploring the region, being minutes from Mossman Gorge and within 20 minutes of Port Douglas and the Daintree.
