Levenvale Farm was originally one of the dairy farms of Bellingen, with 200 milking cows producing up to 1 million litres of milk annually. In 2019, Sam and Georgina Baker became stewards of the 500-acre property, converting it from a dairy farm to an organic beef cattle operation. They are dedicated to revitalising the soil for small-scale, nutrient-dense food production and aim to farm sustainably to leave the land in better condition.

The farm now produces Bello Beef, which is organic, regenerative and 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Levenvale Farm offers farm tours, experiences and education programs by appointment, covering topics like closed loop composting, pasture-raised chicken farming, market gardening and regenerative cattle grazing. They also host events such as weddings, long lunches and functions, and provide several accommodation options. Their farm shop is open seven days a week from 6am to 9pm.
