Karinya Farmstay

Karinya Farmstay is a place of peace and rest on seven acres in the Central Coast Hinterland, with views of green rolling vistas, grazing livestock and mountains. It is located an hour and 20 minutes north of Sydney, 50 minutes from Hunter Valley vineyards, 30 minutes from beaches and 15 minutes from Westfield Tuggerah.

Guests have private use of the main house, which includes a heated swimming pool and a children's playground with a rock climbing wall, cubby house, swings and slippery dip. The house has three living areas, two dining rooms, two bathrooms and four bedrooms, sleeping up to 11 people. A separate studio with ensuite is available for groups larger than 11, sleeping up to five additional guests.

Activities include building a fire in the fire pit, using an outdoor pizza oven, and participating in daily feeding of horses, pigs, alpacas, sheep and cows. Children are invited to help with farm chores like collecting eggs, letting out sheep, brushing horses and feeding animals. The farmstay also offers a 'Ladies Escape to the Country' package for hens parties, birthdays or indulgent getaways.
