About
Hope Farm Guesthouse is an adults-only retreat set within a historic homestead built in 1880 for Dr Hope, Western Australia's first Commissioner for Public Health. It was the first marriage home for Dr Hope and Helena Aurora Monger. The property offers three large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and located independently in a 1907 wing. Rooms are named Sacred Kingfisher, Mistletoebird, and Rainbow Bee-Eater after handmade stained glass windows.
Guests can explore a patio area, extensive gardens, and a vineyard, with views of Mount Bakewell and the adjoining land. A cooked breakfast is served each morning, featuring their own eggs and locally sourced produce. The guesthouse provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. A two-night stay is required for bookings on Friday and Saturday, and guests can save money by booking directly.
