Hillenvale

Hillenvale is a ruggedly beautiful property located at the junction of the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Sheep and kangaroos share the grazing on its steep hills. The architectural centrepiece is a vine-shrouded homestead reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse, surrounded by cottage gardens.

The property's unique location straddles two wine regions. Its vineyards produce Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Merlot as single site expressions of both the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. The Coach House is a secluded, luxurious couple's retreat with valley and vineyard views, which is temporarily unavailable and will reopen for bookings in 2026.
