Hidden Pocket on the Mary

Hidden Pocket on the Mary is a hosted stay on a working family dairy farm in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The property, set on over 210 acres along the Mary River, has recently reopened after severe flood damage. It offers four peaceful sites with direct river frontage for self-contained caravans, campers and tents.

Campfires are permitted in provided fire pits, and complimentary kayaks are available for guest use. Activities include fishing from camp or a kayak, panning for gold in the river with provided pans, and floating the river with a tube. The campsite has no amenities or drinking water, requiring guests to be self-sufficient and take out all waste. The all-weather access road is easily navigable by 2WD vehicles, and the accommodation actively welcomes people with access needs.
