Hallston Valley Farm is a family-run sheep farm located in the Strzelecki Hills of Gippsland, Victoria. Run by Jill and Gary, who come from generations of multi-skilled farmers, the farm specialises in Wiltshire Horn sheep and farm-to-table lamb. They practice ethical and regenerative agriculture and are proud members of the Australian Wiltshire Horn Sheepbreeders Association.
The farm offers premium, grass-fed lamb available in whole or half packs, delivered directly from the farm. Customers can also purchase self-shedding Wiltshire Horn sheep to start their own flock. Beyond livestock, Hallston Valley Farm provides hands-on farm experiences including farm visits, day trips, special events, educational programs for school groups, and tailored NDIS experiences. Visitors can pick their own fruit and enjoy off-grid camping. The farm also offers free monthly lamb recipes to subscribers and provides resources for sheep management, including free downloads, an eBook, and a podcast.
