Gundy Getaway is a 320-acre property in Gundiah with 70 acres of camping grounds along the Mary River, located between Gympie and Maryborough. The site offers walking trails, fishing, kayaking, and river relaxation. Amenities include toilets, hot showers, free firewood, fire pits, a playground, and a mini-putt course, with an RC track in development. Pets are permitted but must be tethered at all times.
Quiet generators are allowed between 8 am and 6 pm. Caravans and camper trailers can park in The Gums section, while 4WDs with offroad units can access The Pastures and Riverside. Guests must book prior to arrival and take general rubbish with them, though bins are provided for bottles and cans. The property also offers a Caravan Training Course.
