Gum Tree Lodge and Bush Camp

Gum Tree Lodge and Bush Camp is an adults-only destination on 40 acres of bushland in Abington, Queensland. Owners George and Debbie, with almost 30 years of industry experience, built the property in 2020. The bush camp is designed for mature travellers in self-contained vehicles, offering 50 sites with power and water, a dump point, and composting toilets. There are 12 unique deck sites around two of the property's three dams, which are the only such sites in Australia. Fire pits are available throughout the property, with guests required to bring their own wood.

The Lodge offers two accommodation options: a fully self-contained guest suite with a king-size bed and en suite, and a guest room with a QS bed and kitchenette for shorter stays. Lodge guests have access to a 15m magnesium lap pool. Dogs are welcome at the bush camp and in the guest suite.
