Green Valley Farm is located in Tingha, NSW. It is open every day of the year from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, except for Christmas Day, though accommodation guests can still use the facilities then. The summer season runs from the first day of the NSW September school holidays to the last day of the NSW April holidays.

Entry fees provide access to the park, museum, zoo, playground, and waterpark. Summer entry is $15 for general admission, $8 for seniors, and free for children under two, with winter rates at $10. Some extras like horse riding and the merry-go-round are not included. The water park operates on weekends and each day of NSW school holidays during summer, with hours potentially extended or reduced based on weather and crowd size. EFTPOS is available with a 2% surcharge.
