About
Fair Harvest Permaculture is a permaculture farm located 5km outside of Margaret River in Western Australia. The gardens and farm were established in 1995, developing into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. Fair Harvest acknowledges and pays respects to the traditional custodians, the First Nations people and families of the land.
The farm features gardens, orchards, and animals. Facilities include an eco-campground, a cafe, and a yoga barn. Accommodation is available at the campground and in a tiny house. Fair Harvest offers various permaculture courses, including a Permaculture Design Course and short courses, as well as cooking classes, yoga classes, and retreats. The cafe is open for breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Catering services are also provided.
The Yoga Barn and cafe are available for venue hire. Fair Harvest sells books by Pete Lane. In 2023, the farm received 'Micro and Magnificent' and 'Business Person of the Year' awards at the MRBN Awards. Fair Harvest offers a farm gate and an online shop.
