About
Fair Harvest is a permaculture farm located 5km outside of Margaret River. Its gardens and farm were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive permaculture demonstration system. The farm includes a small eco-campground, a cafe open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings serving breakfast with fresh local produce, and a yoga barn.
Fair Harvest offers Permaculture Design Certificate courses, short courses, cooking classes, and yoga classes and retreats. It sells seasonal fresh fruit, including figs, honey, and vegetables from its harvests, as well as books on permaculture and geology. The farm was a finalist for the 2023 MRBN Awards in Environmental Excellence and won awards in other categories. Fair Harvest acknowledges and pays respects to the Wadandi people, the traditional custodians of the land.
