About
Conscious Ground Organics is a regenerative farm in Myocum, Northern Rivers, guided by a vision of nurturing the earth, awakening the spirit and cultivating community. It is founded by Richard Torgersrud and May Ly, who apply organic, biodynamic and regenerative practices including rotational grazing. The farm provides certified organic, grass-fed beef and seasonal produce.
The operation focuses on ecosystem restoration, having installed over 60 habitat nest boxes and hollows to protect biodiversity. It preserves ancient food wisdom through a living seed bank and uses its kitchen as a central part of its mission. The farm fosters community through workshops, educational programs, events and farm stays.
Conscious Ground deeply respects Indigenous wisdom and practices, acknowledging the Bundjalung nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land. It is committed to listening, learning and building relationships with them. Visits are by appointment only.
