Cloudlake Mountain Retreat is an organic retreat located in the High Country Hamlets micro region on the Great Dividing Range near Ravensbourne. Created approximately twenty years ago, it is a Land for Wildlife and Humane Society property in a hidden valley near Ravensbourne National Park.

Accommodation options include The Boathouse, a private sanctuary with water views, a wood fire, a large bath for two, and a kitchen; Mother of Ducks; and Romany Wood, a secluded escape beside the rainforest featuring a large tented bedroom, an Arts and Crafts gypsy caravan, a canopied kitchen, and a fire pit. The property is home to over 130 species of birds, as well as wallabies, echidnas, and sometimes platypus in the creek. Visitors can explore landscaped gardens, orchards, a vineyard, and a cool lush rainforest with ancient trees. Visits are by appointment.
