The property is minutes from the Heysen Trail and close to the surf and fishing beaches of Waitpinga and Parsons. It is only 10 minutes from Victor Harbor and approximately one hour's drive from Adelaide. A new neighbour, Moo's Distillery, is located at the top end of the farm.
