They even make olive oil on the property. It's a great spot to unwind, enjoy the local drops, and explore what the Hunter Valley has to offer. You can book a wine tour right there on site, so you don't even have to leave the property to sample some of the region's best. Imagine sitting on your verandah, glass of their own Semillon in hand, looking out over the vines. Sounds like a fair dinkum Aussie getaway to me.
