Kungala Free Range Eggs transferred their farm skills to the Clarence Valley 21 years ago, hand-raising 800 chickens alongside 80 hives.

Other notable stallholders include Conrad Park beef from long-time Pillar Valley producer Geoff Jones, Woody's FARM FRESH tomatoes grown at Mororo, and Rainbow Farm Nymboida which offers chemical-free seasonal produce. Bakarindi Bush Foods is an award-winning family-owned business at Corindi Beach growing native bush foods. Dundon's Jerky Co uses organic, pasture-raised local beef, while MIRRABOOKA PORK offers a full range of pasture-raised nitrate-free pork products from Lawrence.
