It features a 'Grub Hub' with ten rotating street food vendors offering international cuisines with a local twist, designed to be eaten without cutlery. The market is committed to becoming Australia's first plastic-free farmers' market, having banned plastic bags in 2010 and introduced compostable packaging systems, with 75% of all packaging now made from 100% compostable materials.
