About
Down in Evandale, just a stone's throw from Launceston, you'll find the lively Evandale Sunday Market. It kicks off every Sunday morning around 8 am and wraps up by 1:30 pm, happening rain or shine in Falls Park on Logan Road. It's a real local favourite, and for good reason. You'll stumble across all sorts of good stuff here, from fresh local produce to interesting bric-a-brac. There are heaps of local crafts to check out and you can even grab a feed from the food vans. Bookworms will be happy too, with plenty of second-hand books on offer. If you've got kids in tow, they'll love the pony rides. And if you're keen on seeing more of Evandale, the Light Rail steam train is right nearby in Morven Park, running on Sundays too. It's an easy way to spend a Sunday morning, soaking up the local atmosphere and grabbing a few treats.
