Win's Creek Meadery is co-located with Bindaree Bee Supplies in the Historic Travellers Rest Inn. Their passion for bees originates from a love for animals and the natural environment. The bees are kept in native eucalypt forests and woodlands, producing honey from species such as spotted gum, stringybark and yellow box. This honey is used to create their handcrafted mead.

The restaurant features meals and platters designed to pair with the mead. Menu items are sourced as much as possible from local and regional producers, including pasture pork, free-range chicken and eggs. All sweets served are made in-house and can be enjoyed with fair trade organic coffee. The Apiary Gift Shop sells handmade ceramics, beeswax candles, quilts, silk scarves, stained glass ornaments and honey. Bindaree Bee Supplies is an urban beekeeping specialist offering products such as bee colonies, hive packages, extracting equipment and protective clothing. Bookings are recommended for visitors.
