Waterwheel Orchards

Waterwheel Orchards is a Boolarra South berry orchard on Fishers Road, run by Sandy and Michael Boka. Public Latrobe City evidence describes frozen berries and 14 varieties of jam available year-round, with seasonal kiwi fruit and tamarillos during May, June and July.

The farm grows a wide range of berries including red, yellow and black raspberries, blueberries, tayberries and several blackberry varieties. Pick-your-own berries have typically been a December and January activity, while frozen berries, jams, markets, online sales and delivery/pick-up have supported the business more broadly. Farm pick-up is by appointment only, so customers should phone before travelling.
