Valley of the Giants Olives and Wines produces olive products and wines from its estate located 500 kilometres south of Perth on the Southern Ocean coast, between Denmark and Walpole. The farm is situated within the Walpole Wilderness National Park, a region known for its large red Tingle trees and the Tree Top Walk.

The olive grove and vines are grown using a 'clean green practice'. Their product range includes pickled olives in rosemary, garlic, chilli, and plain varieties, extra virgin olive oil, and handmade olive oil soap. Their wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon, and Shiraz Rose, with some Cabernet Sauvignon vintages noted as suitable for cellaring.
