Valley Fresh Cherries & Stonefruits

Valley Fresh Cherries and Stonefruits is a young family owned and operated horticulture enterprise in the Hilltops Region of Young, NSW. The farm grows export quality cherries and stonefruits, with a roadside farm gate for sales. It does not offer pick-your-own cherries.

The farm uses an Optical Cherry Grading System. Its cherry production cycle is marked by blossoms in spring, green fruit appearing in October, ripening through November, with the harvest concluding around late December. The trees undergo essential chill hours in winter for bud development. The orchards are being enhanced by removing old plum trees to make way for new and improved varieties, aiming to improve tree quality and health.
