Tilba Dairy is a 100% Australian family owned and operated dairy located in Central Tilba's historic ABC Cheese Factory, which was the first co-operative cheese factory in NSW. The business uses pure Jersey milk from cows grazing on the lush Tilba Valley grass to produce its range of dairy products.

Its retail store, The Cheese Shop, is situated next to the factory and is stocked with dairy and cheese products, local condiments, honey, and unique Tilba Dairy giftware. Visitors can enjoy Jersey milkshakes, coffee, and ice cream on site. The dairy offers a wholesale program and its products are available through various stockists. A seasonal product, Tilba Truffle Camembert, is available for a limited time.
