The Honey Drop (Enbom Honeys)

Enbom Honeys is a mother and daughter business operated by Angela and Millie. Their small-scale apiary is located in the central goldfields district of Victoria, with bees moved seasonally between Talbot, Majorca and Dunnstown. The bees forage predominantly on eucalyptus species, and each honey extraction is unique due to the flora, season and what the bees collect.

The owners believe good beekeepers are natural bee-keepers who work with nature and prioritise the care and wellbeing of their bees. They value the honey, beeswax and propolis produced. Their honey is not heat treated or blended and is offered in its natural form with minimum filtering.
