The Heliconia Guy is a family-owned and operated Heliconia farm and wholesale nursery located in Wamuran. They specialise in the production and supply of Heliconias in pots, as cut flowers, and as rhizomes, offering over 40 varieties of quality potted plants. All stock is sun-hardened prior to sale and is suitable for the Brisbane region.

The team has over 25 years of combined experience in landscaping and horticulture and has been operating their own nursery for over five years. Plants are available wholesale to landscapers and nurseries, with retail sales offered directly to the public. Rhizomes are available for retail customers only, with the sales season recommencing in September 2026. They can post rhizomes directly from the farm to homes, excluding NT, WA, and TAS.

Visits to the nursery are by appointment only, with pick-up available from the Wamuran site. They also attend the Caboolture Markets each Sunday from 5 am to 12 pm. The business provides a personalised service from inquiries and advice through to quotes, purchases, delivery, and aftercare.
