The Cellar by Gilbert is a boutique winery label created by Simon and Will Gilbert, operating since 2016. Their wines carry the legacy of six generations of winemaking tradition and are crafted to showcase elegance, purity, and structure. The tasting room provides an ideal setting to explore both current and museum releases, with three distinct tasting flights: the Gilbert Range, Gilbert Feature, and Méthode Traditionelle. The current Gilbert Feature Flight celebrates their charcoal label collection of Single Vineyard wines.

The venue offers seasonal lunch from Tuesday to Sunday and is available for hosting weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. They provide wine gift packs and wine for events. Seasonal pop-up dinners are announced on their social media and newsletter. The Cellar by Gilbert is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
