Tathra Place Free Range is a regenerative, multi-species farm established in 2016 by Luke and Pia Winder on 100 acres in Wombeyan Caves. The farm produces chemical-free, pastured beef, pork, chicken and duck, aiming to provide ethical, nutrient-dense protein. Its regenerative practices use a multi-species cycle of rotation and rest to break pathogen cycles, sequester soil carbon, and build fertility through animal manure and urine.

The farm is a family business and operates as both a retail outlet and wholesaler for Canberra and Sydney. Products can be purchased through their own butcher shop in Belconnen, Canberra, as well as through other retailers. Bulk packs are delivered to Sydney Metro every Wednesday, with orders required a week in advance.
