Tablelands Farm to Fork, run by a dedicated team in Malanda, brings top-quality grass-fed and grass-finished beef straight from their farms to your table. They're big on ethical farming, so their beef is free from GMOs, hormones, and any nasty additives. You'll find their steaks aged for 21 days, which really amps up the flavour. They work hand-in-hand with other local Tablelands farmers who share their commitment to sustainable, regenerative practices. Fancy grabbing some of their produce? You can build your own box of cuts online, or pick up a whole side of beef. They regularly pop up at the Mareeba and Yungaburra Markets, and they also offer convenient delivery to Cairns and around the Atherton Tablelands. If you're eager to see where it all happens, you can even arrange a farm-gate pickup by appointment. They're accredited by Safe Food Production Queensland, Tablelands Regional Council, and Livestock Production Assurance, so you know they're serious about quality. And it's not just for humans, they make their own premium dog food right there on the farm too. You can choose from B.A.R.F. raw or gently-cooked meals, packed with extra lean beef, offal, veggies, vitamins, and probiotics.

Our 15kg box is packed with all our favourite cuts of beef. We carefully select a selection of our 21-day aged steaks, roasts, slow-cooker cuts, plus our signature mince and sausages. Our boxes consist of steaks, including ribeye, porterhouse, rump and BBQ steak. We include all the favourite slow-cooker cuts like ossobuco, shin off the bone, y-bone and short rib finished off with our signature mince, diced beef and sausages. Our choice of cuts may sometime vary due to availability and we may substitute a particular cut for another. We will always try to select a cut of the same quality. e.g. Y-bone for Ossobuco, Short Rib for Ribeye.
