Sutton's Juice Factory, Cider and Shed Cafe is located in the coolest area of Queensland, about two and a half hours from Brisbane. The business operates from an old packing shed beside the New England Highway, diagonally opposite The Big Apple. David and Ros Sutton purchased the working orchard in 1994, having previously owned a grain and livestock property and a prawn trawler.

They started with varietal apple juice and apple cider, and now produce a range including apple brandy, liqueurs, preserves and vinegars. All products are handmade by David Sutton on the premises using apples from their orchard and fresh local Granite Belt produce. The Shed Cafe offers coffee and an ever-changing menu of simple, additive-free food produced in-house from local and orchard-grown ingredients.

Products are available seasonally, sometimes in limited batches, and can be purchased at the farm gate cafe, via retail or trade enquiry, and from stockists. The business is open seven days a week.
