Established in 1985, Stringybark is one of the oldest vineyards in the Chittering Valley, focusing on quality over quantity. The winery produces a range of award-winning wines including Chardonnay, Verdelho and a Cabernet/Shiraz blend, while its distillery produces Bourbons, Rums, Gins and Vodkas under the Bushranger range. The region's characteristics contribute to the fruity intensity and distinctive varietal character of the wines.

The restaurant offers a welcoming open fire in winter and air-conditioned comfort in summer, with seasonal menus that change based on ingredient availability. The newly extended Beer Garden provides a more relaxed area to unwind. It is a place where locals are welcomed, offering a relaxing atmosphere with a log fire in winter and live music on Sunday afternoons. The venue is ideal for weddings, social group meetings and special events. Accommodation in little houses nestled amongst the vines is coming soon.

Surrounded by natural bushland and birdlife, the winery overlooks local pastoral lands. Bookings are recommended for dining, and take away food is available from 3pm on select days. Products can be purchased at the farm gate, via online shop, or through delivery.
