St Fiacres Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in Gippsland, Victoria. The farm grows seasonal vegetables using organic practices and produces homemade chutneys, chilli sauces, and relish. Maria, with a background in food chemistry, makes these products, which are harvested, chopped, cooked, packaged, and labelled by hand at the farm. Their preserves contain no preservatives or artificial colours.
The farm also has a hand-planted vineyard established in 2007, growing cool climate red varieties including Sangiovese, Shiraz, Grenache, and Tempranillo. The small size of the vineyard allows them to control the style of vintage produced each year. They have invested in a small bottling line and perform all fruit processing, winemaking, and bottling on their farm. Their wines are vegan and gluten-free friendly.
St Fiacres Farm is an accredited Victorian Farmers Markets and Regional Farmers Markets stallholder. They are loyal stallholders at the Warragul Farmers Markets and also attend local festivals such as The Italian Festa in Mirboo North and the Gippsland Makers Market.
