Skybury Tropical Plantation is a family-owned coffee plantation located on the Atherton Tablelands. Established in 1987, it is Australia's oldest coffee plantation, growing Australian coffee and red papaya.

The farm gate includes a Cafe & Roastery open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, closed on public holidays. Visitors can enjoy coffee tastings, papaya jam and liquor tastings, and an informative 40-minute film. The cafe serves food and offers stunning views. Skybury also runs Kraken Tours, a guided farm experience in a Troopie vehicle.

Products such as roast coffee, red papaya, papaya jam, and chilli paw paw sauces are available for purchase at the farm gate and through an online shop. Branded merchandise, including T-shirts, is also offered.
